Questions

Through Apple, not through us. Cancel it in iOS Settings, where Apple keeps your subscriptions.

We never see or handle your payment details, so cancellation lives entirely in Apple's hands. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple, since Apple takes the payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com and they will decide.

Kazeway is currently iOS only (iPhones and iPads). Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account, so any iOS device signed in to the same account has it.

Signed in to iCloud, a new device or a fresh install picks Pro up on its own. If the app still shows you as free, tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings, under Subscription, or on the upgrade screen.

Nothing is deleted. Your rules stay exactly as you built them, and everything on the free plan keeps working.

Allow List rules are switched off, since they are a Pro feature, and Kazeway tells you which ones; a strict one that is blocking finishes first. A strict rule that is blocking when Pro ends stays strict until that block ends. From its next start it blocks as an ordinary rule, with Stop and any breaks it has. Insights go back to today and yesterday instead of 30 days with Day, Week and Month views. Subscribe again and all of it returns.

No. It does not expire and it is not a countdown to a paywall.

Unlimited rules, schedules, time limits, opens, breaks and the friction that makes any of it work are free and stay free. Pro adds Allow List rules, Strict rules and your full history, up to 30 days.

Still deciding?

The FAQ covers how blocking actually works, and the app will be free to try without giving us anything. Email support@kazeway.com if something here is unclear, or tap Settings → About → Contact Support in the app, which fills in the Support ID we need to find your subscription.
